Dear Lesley

We feel duty bound to thank you for all your hep and organizing skills in helping us to actually take our first Flight Holiday to the ideal location of Venice. The Hotel location and all travel arrangements were excellent we cannot thank you enough.
The icing on the cake was with your tour Manager Karen who was excellent ,a lovely people person who kept a north eye on us but was never intrusive, gave us the information we required and let us enjoy our holiday. We unfortunately were unable to see her whilst meeting our Taxi and thank her for making a good holiday memorable, could you please pass on our thanks to her?
Once again Lesley thank you for all your help with sizing of cases and other travel queries we had, we look forwards to traveling with you in the near future.

Hi Lesley, as we told you at the time, we had a fantastic time in Athens. Thank you so much for organising such a wonderful trip, looking after us so well, and finding such a lovely hotel. We've not stopped raving about the trip since we got home, so much so that not only would Ann and John and Denis and I like to do it again next year, I've got seven other friends who say they'd definitely come too! So I do hope you'll look at repeating it next year.

just a quick note with my feedback:
Really enjoyed the whole trip, great organisation , transfers etc went smoothly and I was really impressed with the turnaround in getting through passport control and retrieving my case from the hold both in Marrakech and in East Midlands
Fantastic day trip to Ourika Valley, well organised, lovely lunch and the guide was great that took us up to the waterfalls
Thought the hotel was good, great selection for breakfast- all staff very helpful
All in all we all really enjoyed the trip and would definitely do it again
Great to meet you and please keep me informed of other trips
